User Agreement The Terms and Conditions contained herein along with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, form an Agreement regulating our relationship with regard to the use of bdcarehouse (www.bdcarehouse.com) by you. Please read this Agreement carefully.

www.bdcarehouse.com reserves the right to accept or reject your offer. Products/services and information displayed on www.bdcarehouse.com constitute an "invitation to offer". Your order for purchase constitutes your "offer" which shall be subject to the terms and conditions as listed below.

The agreement between you and the bdcarehouse shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:-
1. The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. These terms and conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings, or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with any other terms of any order submitted. By using the Shopping services of bdcarehouse you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.

3. All prices, unless indicated otherwise are in USD.

4. All payments have to be made via bdcarehouse prepaid card,
Credit Card, Bank Transfer ,  Western Union, Pay pal  .

5. bdcarehouse will be responsible for the quality of products. However, if the quality of product is not found up to the mark you can lodge your complaints to this web site owner.

6. If gifts like flowers, cakes, sweets etc. are not available in the respective city or town then bdcarehouse is responsible to contact with the owner of the gift ordered for any alternative option.

7. Delivery process will commence only after the approval and confirmation of your credit card, etc. bdcarehouse guarantees the delivery service within the right time. However, delivery may be delayed due to any uncontrollable circumstances like flood, storm, strike, fire, accident, earthquake, riot, wrong destination address etc. If delivery is not possible due to any uncontrollable reason then you will have a right to get 100% refund of your money (only money exchange fee will be deducted from your original amount of money).

8. For your privacy, bdcarehouse is committed not to disclose any of your personal information to any other person or third party without your permission.

9. All prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of bdcarehouse.

10. Bdcarehouse reserves the right to refuse to service or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment levied.

11. In a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. Bdcarehouse will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the responsibility to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user.

12. On receipt of your purchase orders bdcarehouse shall promptly (depending on the mode of payment) forward the order to the Vendor and collect the products and deliver the products to the recipient (as written on your order form) defined by you.

13. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address) any extra cost incurred by bdcarehouse  for redelivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.

14. The User agrees to receive emails and other marketing materials from bdcarehouse  time to time.

15. The User agrees to provide authentic and true information. Bdcarehouse  reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the User at any point of time. If upon confirmation such User details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), bdcarehouse has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the User from using the Services of www.bdcarehouse.com This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

Refund & Return Policy

Return & Replace
 If customer not satisfied with delivered products for any reason, item may be replaced if recipient can send back the item as delivered within 3 working days, but cannot be refunded.
